  1. Hi Beth, I hope you’re recovering from bronchitis. ❤️‍🩹 Obviously, it didn’t impede your excellent storytelling. I particularly liked the jazz band and the kids dancing to the music. What a charming place you live in! I look forward to reading your blog every Friday morning. It keeps me connected with you and I get to explore Portugal through your well-told experiences.
Just an idea … bring a travel umbrella with you regardless of the weather forecast.
    Much love and healing hugs,
    Deb xo

  3. Hi, Beth
Loved this story and photos. I am sorry that the weather was so disruptive. Our weather reports are seldom accurate as well.
I hope you have recovered nicely and can get back out and enjoy the season and festivities.
Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a healthy and Happy New Year.
    Love, Aunt Dianna

    1. Merry Christmas, Aunt Dianna! I’m so happy to know you enjoyed this post. I wish I had felt better when I was writing it (it might have had a bit more pizazz!). I’m not over the bronchitis yet, but I’m taking my meds and doing my best. Wishing you and your family a safe, healthy, and enjoyable holiday season!
